Shii Take Soup
Ingredients
- soya pasta
- 50 dag shii take mushrooms
- 2 onions
- one portion of Italian vegetables
- green parsley
- clear chicken soup
- frying grease
- 1 spoon of potato flour
- salt, pepper, paprika
Recipe
Cut the mushrooms into cubes and fry it with grease, onion and spices. Then mix the soup with mushrooms and consolidate it using water with potato flour.
Meanwhile, boil the soya pasta. Mix it all together and with green parsley.
